Cancellation Policy

At Gadgets on Rent, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent ordering experience for our customers.

Orders can be canceled at any time before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched or is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled. However, customers may choose to reject the order at the time of delivery.

There are no cancellation charges for orders canceled before dispatch.

In rare cases, if Gadgets on Rent cancels an order due to unforeseen circumstances or unavailability of the product, customers will receive a full refund for any prepaid orders.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
